RGCS – RÁITEAS PRÍOBHÁIDEACHAIS

Cuireadh an Rialachán Ginearálta maidir le Cosaint Sonraí (RGCS) i bhfeidhm ar an 25 Bealtaine 2018. Is éard atá i gceist le RGCS, creat nua na hEorpa do dhlíthe cosanta sonraí agus baineann sé le gach eagraíocht atá lonnaithe san AE.

Seo a leanas achoimre ar ár gcur chuige maidir leis an gcaoi a mbailítear agus a bpróiseáiltear sonraí pearsanta in Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall. Ba mhaith linn go mbeadh sé an-soiléir cé na cearta atá ag gach úsáideoir seirbhíse de chuid Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall i dtaca le heolas a bheith acu maidir le:

a) cé na sonraí a bhailíonn Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall maidir lena n-úsáideoirí seirbhíse;
b) céard a dhéanann Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall le sonraí na n-úsáideoirí; agus

Tá freagraí na gceisteanna sin leagtha amach thíos:

a) Coinníonn Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall an fhaisnéis ar a n-úsáideoirí seirbhíse atá tugtha ag ár gcliaint dúinn agus iad ag clárú do chnuaschruinniú, agus Foirm Chlárúcháin MNC á comhlánú acu, nó a cuireadh ar fáil dúinn ar fhoirmeacha freastail na rannpháirtithe (ainm, uimhir na Comhairle Múinteoireachta, seoladh ríomhphoist, uimhir ghutháin). Cuireann ár gcliaint (múinteoirí agus foghlaimeoirí eile) formhór na faisnéise seo ar fáil dúinn go roghnach.

Coinníonn Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall faisnéis a thug ár gcliaint dúinn ar mhaithe le cuspóirí airgeadais. I gcás roinnt clár náisiúnta, déanann múinteoirí agus foghlaimeoirí eile Éilimh ar Chostais. Déanann ár dteagascóirí éilimh ar chostais maidir leis na cúrsaí a seachadadh. Coinníonn muid faisnéis chun na héilimh seo a phróiseáil (sonraí na gcostas, sonraí bainc, uimhreacha PSP, seoladh baile, seoladh na scoile, seoladh ríomhphoist, uimhir fóin agus admhálacha); ríomhphoist agus cumarsáid; sonraí maidir le hidirbhearta airgeadais a rinneadh, mar shampla, íocaíochtaí táillí cúrsa a glacadh.

b) Baintear úsáid as na sonraí seo ar mhaithe leis na cuspóirí seo a leanas: clárú d’imeacht, rollaí freastail, sonraí rannpháirtithe cúrsa/cnuaschruinnithe; cumarsáid a dhéanamh le rannpháirtithe, teagascóirí agus úsáideoirí eile seirbhíse, chun íocaíochtaí cúrsa a bhainistiú; le cloí le hiarratais ó Roinn an Oideachais; do thaifeadtaí Sláinte agus Sábháilteachta agus do chuspóirí cuntasaíochta atá ina gceangal de réir dlí (m.sh., eolas maidir le cé leis ar íoc Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall costais, cathain, agus cé mhéad a íocadh); seoltaí ríomhphoist agus na teagmhálacha riachtanacha le tionscadail agus gnó ionaid Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall a chur i gcrích.

c) Más mian le húsáideoirí ar bith seirbhíse Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall breis soiléirithe a fháil ar cé na sonraí atá á gcoimeád maidir leo féin go pearsanta, nó, ar a bharr sin, más mian le húsáideoirí ar bith seirbhíse go ndéanfaimid faisnéis ar bith atá againn orthu a scriosadh agus a chur de láimh, is féidir dul i dteagmháil linn. Tabhair faoi deara le do thoil go ndéanfaidh Ionad Tacaíochta Oideachais Dhún na nGall iarratas den chineál sin a phróiseáil laistigh de na paraiméadair riachtanacha dlí.

d) Roinntear sonraí a stóráiltear ar an suíomh Idirlín seo, mar shampla staitisticí clárúcháin agus úsáideoirí le rannóg ionduchtúcháin Oide Droichead a dhéanann maoirseacht ar chlár Droichead.

Cumarsáid a dhéanamh linn (Leas Dlisteanach) -

Má dhéanann tú teagmháil linn, baileoimid faisnéis cosúil le d’ainm, do sheoladh, d’uimhir fóin, do sheoladh ríomhphoist, agus aon fhaisnéis phearsanta eile laistigh den chumarsáid, agus úsáidfimid é le do cheist a fhreagairt. Má chláraíonn tú do cheann de na cúrsaí/cláir/imeachtaí seo baileoimid d’ainm agus sonraí teagmhála, agus i roinnt comhthéacsanna, do sheoladh agus do shonraí íocaíochta. Úsáideann muid an fhaisnéis seo le do chlárú a éascú, le d’íocaíocht a phróiseáil agus leis an bhfaisnéis agus na seirbhísí ábhartha a chur ar fáil duit. In imthosca áirithe, glacann muid grianghraif nó déanann muid taifeadtaí físe de na himeachtaí sin. a) Donegal Education Support Centre holds information on its service users that was given to us by our clients when registering for a cluster meeting, when completing an NQT Registration Form or provided to us on participant attendance forms (name, teaching council number, e-mail address, mobile number) Much of this information is provided voluntarily to us by our clients (teachers and other learners). Donegal Education Support Centre holds information given to us by our clients for financial purposes. For some national programmes teachers and other learners complete Expense Claims. Our tutors complete expense claims for courses delivered. We retain information for processing these claims (expense details, bank details, PPS numbers, home address, school address, email, phone number and receipts); e-mails and correspondence; details of financial transactions made, for example course fee payments taken.

b) This data is used for the following purposes, event registration, attendance rolls, details of course/cluster meeting participants; communicating with participants, tutors and other service users, for managing course payments; for compliance with the Department of Education requests for information; for Health and Safety records and legally-binding accounting purposes (e.g. knowing to whom Donegal Education Support Centre has paid expenses, when, and how much has been paid); e-mail addresses and contacts necessary for administering and carrying out Donegal Education Support Centre projects and centre business.

c) If any Donegal Education Support Centre service user would like further clarification on what data is kept on them personally or, moreover, if any service user would simply like us to delete and dispose of any information we have on them, you can get in touch with us. Please note, that Donegal Education Support Centre will process such a request within the required legal parameters.

d) Data stored on this website such as registration statistics and users is shared with Oide Droichead Induction Division who oversse the Droichead programme.

In Communication with us (Legitimate Interest) -

If you correspond with us, we will collect information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and any other personal information contained within the communication and use it to respond to your inquiry. We process this information in pursuit of our legitimate interests i.e. providing continuing personal and professional development for teachers and school communities and implementing our statutory remit.

If you attend one of our CPD online cluster meetings & Education Provisions -

Donegal Education Support Centre organises a comprehensive CPD online cluster meeting and Education Programme during the year. If you register for one of these online cluster meeting/programmes/events we will collect your name and contact information and in some contexts, your address and payment details. We use this information to facilitate your registration, process your payment and provide you with the associated information and services. In some circumstances, we take photographs or make video recordings of these events. We will always inform you if the provision is being photographed/recorded so that you can choose not to participate. 

When you provide services to us -

If you provide professional services to Donegal Education Support Centre and you provide your personal information, which typically includes your contact information, address, phone number, VAT registration number and possibly your banking information and PPS number, we will process this information so that we can administer, manage and pay for the relevant services you provide and as per the terms and conditions of our contract.

Finally, please note that payments received by Donegal Education Support Centre as part of online cluster meeting fees are handled by third party payment processors. We do not have any members’ credit/debit card details; nor does Donegal Education Support Centre analyse the cookie information that may be gathered on our website, nor do we sell any information on. We do not give any information we have to third parties unless legally obliged to do so or unless the Education Centre network has a working relationship with relevant organisations for the provision of online cluster meetings and projects. For specific online cluster meetings or projects operated in collaboration with relevant organisation, such as support services, the Donegal Education Support Centre protects the devices such data are stored upon, and is obligated to report to its service users any data breaches perpetrated.
